From the HWY 36/89 junction (a "T"), travel about 4 miles towards Greenville, then turn onto Humbug/Humboldt Rd... signs will guide you from there. If coming up from Greenville (the opposite direction), travel northwest on HWY 89 about 10 miles and you will pass tiny Canyon Dam, traveling onward the Humbug Road turnoff is roughly another 10 miles on from there...

We also plan to provide shuttling from the intersection of HWY 89/Humbug Road, as needed.

Currently, the 8 mile trek along the dirt road into Humbug Valley is smooth and level... all the way out to the valley. You will likely have no problem if you want to drive out in any size car. We will also have strategically placed sign boards put up along the route for first time guests.
